Old Timer Bystanders

Pokeballs
Если этот мод что и дает, так это уверенность в идее, что вчерашние изнеженные детки завтра станут противными подростками. К счастью, ваши противозаконные действия скорее всего будут ограничены наблюдением за тем, как Покебол призывает случайных животных – собак, кошек, тигров – и всякую всячину, с которой вы каждый день сталкиваетесь в повседневной жизни.
Кроме того, если сравнить с настоящими играми о покемонах, где дети порабощают владеющих способностями животных и заставляют их сражаться, этот мод просто верх гуманизма.
Deadly Kick
Запинать человека до смерти – это просто весело и вполне в духе лихих 90-х. Поэтому неудивительно, что одна из первых модификаций для Postal 2 получила название Mighty KIck – «Могучий пинок».
Она добавляет возможность, как вы наверняка догадались, запинать человека насмерть. Довольно забавно, но модификации Mighty Kick не хватило нескольких тонкостей, с которыми пинать людей насмерть гораздо интереснее, а именно крови и кишок. Deadly Kick попробовал решить эту проблему, превратив ноги игрока в мачете, которые способны нашинковать людей. Это было бы слишком даже для GTA V.
Postal 3 Dude
Забавно, но Postal как серию похоронил не табуированный контент, а скорее Postal 3, первая игра серии от третьего лица, отвратительная с технической точки зрения. Поверьте – ничто так не раздражает геймеров, как баги и скачки частоты кадров. Однако, версия Чувака из Postal 3 была довольно популярна среди фанатов. Если бы только ей можно было играть в более ранних играх…
К счастью, кто-то сделал для Postal 2 мод, где игроки, наконец, получили возможность играть парнем из Postal 3. Банально? Возможно. Но если вы осознаете, насколько разочаровала в свое время Postal 3, то определенно понимаете, почему для Postal 2 такой мод просто необходим. Однако, стоит предупредить – для корректной работы мода нужно приобрести DLC Paradise Lost.
Holy Hand Grenade

Поэтому нет ничего необычного в том, что только в Postal 2 мы увидели мод, который кажется вырезанным из «Южного парка»: использование конечностей NPC для убийства других NPC. Мы не знаем, считается ли голова конечностью, но в любом случае готовы оценить это безумие.
Happy Night
Это все тот же Postal 2, правда, чуть более замороченная рождественская версия с тематическими праздничными заданиями. Вперед, даже конченные социопаты в душе могут полюбить в Рождестве хоть что-то! Но предупреждаем – с этим модом, возможно, и стоит поиграть ради забавы, но не ждите от него серьезной переработки геймплея.

Lost Island

Здесь Чувак оказывается на далеком острове. Конечно, на нем есть что исследовать. И по необъяснимой причине далеко за лесом находится оживленный город, где игрок может дать волю своему безумию. Потому что какой же это Postal, если нельзя сносить головы?

Прискорбно, что более молодое поколение не представляет себе, как сильно фильм «Нечто» Джона Карпентера повлиял на тварей, которых многие из нас в современной поп-культуре воспринимают как должное. Но не будем сильно отходить от темы: ProjectMarica – мод для тех, кому не хватало возможности устроить массовое убийство на машинах. А в этой игре не может быть слишком много способов убивать.
Time Machine
Возможно, для тех, кто их застал, 1950-е были так себе. Но те, кто в эти годы был ребенком или родился позже, наверняка представляют себе эту эпоху главным образом по популярным фильмам и сериалам. А в них все такое чистенькое и красивое, кто бы не хотел жить в таком месте?
Модификация Time Machine для Postal 2, доступная только с DLC Paradise Lost – как раз для тех, кому любопытно, как Парадайз выглядел в «старые добрые времена». Мы посмотрели и можем с уверенностью сказать, что все было как минимум гораздо чище.
Retribution Redux
А что еще круче, если вам не хватило позаимствованного у Max Payne сюжета, то здесь есть еще функция замедления в перестрелках. Джон Ву нервно курит в углу.
Sandbox
Мод Sandbox – это именно то, что Postal 2 с самого начала должна была предложить игроку: идти куда угодно и заниматься чем угодно.
